Founded in 1994, Retriever Merchant Solutions (RMS) is a provider of payment-processing systems and support services to firms of all sizes in a wide range of industries. Retriever Merchant Solutions is led by president Brian Kamstra, who also serves on the board of directors of the charitable group Restoration Ministries.

Restoration Ministries is a Christian nonprofit that helps connect people affected by poverty and addiction to the resources they need to improve their lives. Those who wish to support the work of Restoration Ministries can do so in the following ways:

Volunteer
Restoration Ministries facilitates five regular programs that benefit those in need, including an after-school program, a food pantry, a thrift store, an emergency shelter, and a food depository. Volunteer times and dates can be found on the group’s website.

Donate
For those who lack the time for volunteering but still wish to make a difference, donating to Restoration Ministries is an easy yet valuable show of support. Donations can be made quickly and simply online.

Participate
Every year, Restoration Ministries gathers a team for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Running as a member of the nonprofit’s team means raising at least $1,250, with the ultimate goal of raising a grand total of $25,000 for the organization among all participants.
